Liaison (co-ordinating & booking appointments), Data Entry & Retrieval and General Office Administration in a very busy environment. Applicants must have previous experience in an office customer service environment, preferably within the asbestos management industry or possibly a call centre. They must be able to demonstrate an excellent telephone manner, good literacy skills, the ability to organise and multi-task and enjoy working under pressure to meet strict deadlines. Experience in working with measured term contracts and the use of a recognised CRM system is desirable and the ability to work as part of a team, is essential.
